I have over 15 years in creating, planning and managing events for families, brides & grooms, Fortune 100 Corporations, hotels, and tourism companies. PLANNING: Plan the event, fiscal management of the project, contract all vendors and suppliers including venue, entertainment, catering, transportation, and rentals; plan all communications; manage attendees and guests; staffing needs
ON-SITE MANAGEMENT: Manage all contractors and staffing on-site; make sure event is flawless and the event meets the client's needs
RECONCILIATION: Reconcile all invoices and budgets, provide reporting if requested
